Box Rib Corrugated Panels
The Box Rib panel by Pure + FreeForm is a high-performance architectural metal panel designed with a bold ribbed profile and a concealed fastening system for a clean, modern look. Featuring a distinctive alternating up and down rib configuration, this panel delivers strong dimensionality while maintaining a sleek surface.
Available in 12 inch widths, the Box Rib panel requires a material thickness of either 0.8mm or 1mm to ensure structural integrity and crisp form. Engineered for flexibility and performance, it can be installed both horizontally and vertically. Its integrated interlocking system enhances structural strength and guards against wind-driven rain and uplift.

How to Specify Box Rib Corrugated Panels

Select a Finish
Select from one of our bold, extraordinary, design-forward finishes or choose to create a custom finish. See all of our finishes to find which is perfect for your design.

Choose a Standard Size
Panels are formed from flat sheets sized 48″ by up to 177″. The panel size will depend directly upon the frequency of corrugation peaks, as well as amount of space between the peaks. For example, deep and frequent peaks will result in smaller panel sizes due to the amount of material needed to achieve the profile. Let us know your desiring sizing and we work to optimize the system.

Choose An Orientation
Depending on the application of the panels, a vertical or horizontal appearance may be desired to create various shadow lines. For ceilings, panels can be suspended to add depth to the surface. Panels can have exposed or concealed fasteners.

Add Perforations or Acoustics
These panels can be perforated or have acoustical backing added to them, or both! Perforation patterns can be custom or standard, see our offerings.
