OFFICE COORDINATOR

An Office Coordinator at Pure + FreeForm is responsible for varied tasks within the organization, including taking and triaging all incoming communications in a timely manner and with excellent communication as the first contact within the organization for customers and other external vendors. The Office Coordinator supports the field and potential customers by fulfilling product sample requests and maintaining our sample inventory. This individual is also able to engrain themselves into the ongoing operations of the company by managing inventory stock, arranging freight shipping and working with sourcing vendors to administrate design changes. This individual is also responsible for building out data in our CRM software, managing office supply needs, and other ad-hoc requests.

Candidates must be organized and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and projects that may vary in urgency. Candidates must have strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills to be used with internal department staff, as well as when consulting directly with our customers and external vendors.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

A Sales Representative at Pure + FreeForm is responsible for maximizing and growing sales within their assigned geography by expanding opportunities in existing customers and acquiring new business.  Sales Representatives will initiate, establish, and maintain customer relationships by creating a superior customer experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow-up, as well as future product sales. Sales Representatives will drive sales through product knowledge which will enable candidate to align key business objectives of clients.

Candidates must be self-motivated, self-directed and have a proven track record of successful sales development.  Candidate should possess the ability to present, sell, and understand product design and manufacturing.
