2 Waterline Square is an amenity filled, multi-unit residential tower that overlooks the Hudson River in the Upper West Side. With architectural design from KPF and interior design from Yabu Pushelberg, the 38-story building has 632 units and was completed in 2020. The first floor features a carport and rental entrance for tenants. A custom woodgrain was designed to add warmth to this space, while additionally offering a material that would transition seamlessly from the interior to the exterior. The project was awarded Best High-Rise Apartment in the 2020 Best of Design Awards from The Architect’s Newspaper.
