950 Tennessee is a 4-story, multi-unit residential building in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. The location gives tenants access to some of the city’s most iconic spaces, such as Oracle Park, Pier 70, and the new Golden State Warriors Chase Center. The main cladding material for the street facing façade and the courtyard is a deeply textured and richly colored FEVE “corten” material, Vintage Steel. Additional scope on the building includes Vintage Nickel surrounding the walkable rooftop, which is an additional amenity space for this new and beautiful project by Handel Architects.
