Hudson Commons, located at 441 Ninth Ave in NYC, is comprised of both new and old architecture to offer a Class-A office building with 700,000 sqft of commercial space. The original building was an eight-story warehouse, which was converted to an entrance floor for tenants with new windows and revolving glass doors. The exterior canopy is warmed with a walnut woodgrain that seamlessly transitions to the interior lobby, keeping the design cohesive between the spaces with ease. The materials contributed credits to the building’s overall LEED Platinum certification.
