Mount Si High School, east of Seattle, lies on the western margin of the Cascade Mountain Range just above the coastal plains around Puget Sound. There was a focus on the relationship between the interior and exterior materials, seen in the facade material selections. Over 100,000 sqft of Mercury Glass Gold were installed on the facade, complemented by 30,000 sqft of Caramel Cedar on the soffits.
