Verizon Frisbee
Verizon’s new San Jose campus in Northern California features innovative amenities and spaces to support over 3,000 workers in nearly 650,000 sq ft of office space. To break up such a large space, Gensler designed special installations and moments to engage and inspire employees. The shipping box inspired break out room, was clad in two neo-industrial metal surfaces, one matte weathered steel, Terra di Sienna, and the other in a custom green patinated copper. The box-corrugated surface offers texture and amazing light play while referencing the industrial concept behind the form.
