- RECYCLED CONTENT: LEED ID + C V4 and LEED NC 2.2 – MR 4.1 & 4.2
- REGIONAL MATERIALS: LEED ID + C V4 and LEED NC 2.2 – MR 5.1 & 5.2
- BUILDING PRODUCT DISCLOSURE AND OPTIMIZATION – MATERIAL INGREDIENTS: LEED BD + C V4 and LEED ID + C V4
- BUILDING PRODUCT DISCLOSURE AND OPTIMIZATION – SOURCING RAW MATERIALS: LEED BD + C V4 and LEED ID + C V4
Several Pure + FreeForm projects have received LEED status over the years. Most recently, US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN by HKS Architects is the first ever Professional Sports Stadium to receive LEED Platinum status, certified in 2019. The stadium had already received LEED Gold status in 2017, making Platinum Status a great additional honor. Another notable project is the Hudson Yards development, where we have 2 projects at 20 Hudson Yards and 55 Hudson Yards, which is the first ever neighborhood development to receive LEED Gold Status.
