Blending historic charm with modern design, the project incorporates 19 designated historic structures alongside 1.1 million square feet of new construction. The façade is clad in Pure + FreeForm’s Slab Edge Wall Panel System, featuring a custom rust finish inspired by coastal weathered steel. This refined surface combines chestnut-maroon tones with a subtle gloss-matte azure blue overlay, creating a dynamic transition from warm to cool in changing light and adding depth and distinction to the exterior.
