Micro Corrugated Panels
The Micro Corrugated panel offers a refined linear texture defined by a consistent, tightly spaced profile. With required material thicknesses of either 0.8mm or 1mm and panel sizes, this system provides flexibility in both form and performance while maintaining its crisp, rhythmic geometry. Its shallow depth and repetitive pattern bring a modern sophistication to the classic corrugated look.
This panel creates subtle surface movement and tonal variation as light interacts with its uniform ridges. We find that it really enhances the look of our medium to highly reflective finishes. Whether used in a compact application or scaled across a large surface, the Micro Corrugated panel brings a distinctive material expression that adds depth and visual interest without distraction.
Its streamlined aesthetic makes it an ideal choice for projects seeking a balance of texture, proportion, and elegance, offering a quiet complexity that enhances architectural clarity and elevates the overall design narrative.

How to Specify Box Rib Corrugated Panels

Select a Finish
Select from one of our bold, extraordinary, design-forward finishes or choose to create a custom finish. See all of our finishes to find which is perfect for your design.

Choose a Standard Size
Panels are formed from flat sheets sized 48″ by up to 177″. The panel size will depend directly upon the frequency of corrugation peaks, as well as amount of space between the peaks. For example, deep and frequent peaks will result in smaller panel sizes due to the amount of material needed to achieve the profile. Let us know your desiring sizing and we work to optimize the system.

Choose An Orientation
Depending on the application of the panels, a vertical or horizontal appearance may be desired to create various shadow lines. For ceilings, panels can be suspended to add depth to the surface. Panels can have exposed or concealed fasteners.

Add Perforations or Acoustics
These panels can be perforated or have acoustical backing added to them, or both! Perforation patterns can be custom or standard, see our offerings.
