Formerly Called Flat Lock
Our Scale™ Wall System is a high-performance architectural metal wall panel system designed to deliver both durability and dynamic visual depth. Formerly known as a flat lock panel system, the Scale™ hook seam panel system features interlocking metal panels installed in a distinctive shingle-style configuration. This design creates a wind-resistant metal cladding system that performs exceptionally well for both exterior metal wall panels and architectural facade applications.
The Scale™ wall system introduces deeper reveals that enhance shadow lines and dimensional texture across the surface of the wall. The angled placement of the panels allows light to reflect at multiple angles, making it especially effective for architectural metal finishes with depth and variation. In addition to exterior wall cladding, Scale™ metal panels can also be micro-perforated with acoustic backing to create acoustic metal panels for interior architectural wall applications, combining design impact with sound control. Choose a Standard Size
Scale™ panels come in both standard and custom sizing. Standard widths are 12″ – 16″ with standard lengths 36″ – 56″ in both horizontal and vertical applications. Panels are available in thicknesses from 0.8mm to 1.0mm.
All of our systems can be customized. Standard sizes will be the most cost-effective option.

Choose A Joint Orientation: Staggered or Aligned
Panels can have the vertical joint lines aligned, or in a Stack formation, or staggered, in a Running Bond formation. No matter the design, the fasteners for this system are concealed.
Add Perforations or Acoustics
These panels can be perforated or have acoustical backing added to them, or both! Perforation patterns can be custom or standard, see our offerings.
