Collage is a new 2-story food hall featuring a variety of international and local cuisine. Located at the Bloomindale’s wing of South Coast Plaza, the space brings together shoppers and fast-casual diners alike for a full “culinary experience.” Using a natural woodgrain as the basis of design, we created a complimentary finish with a custom grain for the ceiling that kept the large panel size in mind. Because accessibility of the ceiling was required, we supplied a custom sized Torsion Spring ceiling system with fully accessible panels.
