Curved Metal Veneer
Curved Metal Veneer: Bringing Fluid Form to Architecture
Curved architecture has the power to transform a space. Soft radii, flowing surfaces, and sculptural forms create movement, improve circulation, and introduce a more welcoming human scale. From sweeping feature walls and rounded reception desks to curved ceilings and branded environments, designers are increasingly embracing curved forms to create memorable architectural experiences.
The challenge is that many painted or coated materials are not designed for this level of fabrication. As radii tighten and forms become more complex, traditional finishes can crack, craze, or lose their visual integrity during the forming process. This often forces designers to compromise between aesthetics and manufacturability.
Pure + FreeForm’s pre-finished aluminum veneer is engineered to eliminate that compromise.
Unlike conventional coated materials, our architectural metal veneer utilizes a flexible coating system specifically designed to withstand bending and forming operations. The result is a decorative metal surface that can be fabricated into tight radii and complex geometries without cracking, crazing, or compromising the finish.
This allows fabricators to confidently create curved metal panels, rounded corners, column wraps, feature walls, millwork elements, and custom architectural details while maintaining the beauty and consistency of the finished surface.
