The Scheels in Eden Prairie, MN is yet another store design by the Scheels architect partner, RL Engebretson. Located as an anchor store of the Eden Prairie Mall, the store recently underwent a massive interior and exterior renovation, making it the 3rd largest location under the brand in the United States. The design incorporates a classic, recognizable look for the Scheels brand by using natural stone and classic materials, such as brick, on the exterior. This location opted for a high-performance aluminum woodgrain cladding on the entrances and as a feature material in various areas of the facade.
