40TEN, a mixed-use development, is a cutting-edge mass timber building in Baltimore. Moseley Architects utilized Pure + FreeForm’s Miele Maple finish installed in our Planq™ system for multiple scopes on this project, to coordinate with the light natural beauty of the timber frame. Using a finish from our stock program provided a perfect contrast against the dark exterior while ensuring on-time delivery.
