Corrugated
Corrugated panel systems are a great way to add physical texture inexpensively to surfaces. Profiles for this panel system vary widely and are typically custom to the project as various breaks can be achieved without cracking or crazing. This system benefits from additional visual interest from the interaction of light with the various angles of the system, creating shadows, texture, and glint. Additionally, panels may be micro-perforated and have backing added to transform them into acoustic panels.

How to Specify Corrugated Panel System

Select a Finish
Select from one of our bold, extraordinary, design-forward finishes or choose to create a custom finish. See all of our finishes to find which is perfect for your design.

Choose A Profile
Choose whether a break formed or roll formed will best for your application.
These profiles range from 0.8mm to 1.0mm thick. Break Forming (Sharkfin) allows custom peak depth and slope, while Roll Forming (Box Rib) offers cost-effective fabrication. Both can be perforated with acoustic backing. For custom profiles, contact us.

Choose a Panel Size
Panels are formed from flat sheets sized 48″ by up to 177″. The panel size will depend directly upon the frequency of corrugation peaks, as well as amount of space between the peaks. For example, deep and frequent peaks will result in smaller panel sizes due to the amount of material needed to achieve the profile. Let us know your desiring sizing and we work to optimize the system.

Choose An Orientation
Depending on the application of the panels, a vertical or horizontal appearance may be desired to create various shadow lines. For ceilings, panels can be suspended to add depth to the surface. Panels can have exposed or concealed fasteners.
