25 Kent

Being Brooklyn’s largest new office and production space in over 40 years, the design of this building is both contextual and meaningful. The brick and steel combination on the building facade are a nod to traditional industry in Brooklyn with a contemporary interpretation through a technology and amenity focused office space.

The custom finish is a blackened aluminum with a textured white pearl in a patina effect. This a neo-industrial take on blackened steel allows for optical texture to appear in the material when light diffuses off the surface.
