One Paseo is a cutting-edge mixed-use development with community at its core. Offering office space, exclusive retail and dining, and luxury residences, it defines what it means to be a truly livable destination. Pure + FreeForm played a key role in unifying the development’s architectural language by providing a custom quarter-sawn oak finish for a signature transitional space that bridges the exterior and interior. This space features vertical cladding, soffits, baffles, and a linear ceiling, creating a seamless connection between the façade and the warm, inviting interior. Pure + FreeForm’s stocked woodgrain finish Pearl White Oak was used, contributing a clean, natural warmth that enhances the project’s sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere.
